Black Healers Gather

A weekly space to breathe, connect, and be witnessed.

WHY THIS SPACE EXISTS

You hold so much. You deserve a place to set it down.

Black healers often work in environments where their wisdom, intuition, and lived experience aren’t fully recognized. It’s easy to feel alone, stretched thin, or disconnected from your own needs.

Black Healers Gather offers a weekly moment of grounding — a space designed for Black people who tend to others in any capacity. Therapists, social workers, doulas, bodyworkers, movement instructors, medical professionals, elders, and more.

What the gatherings look like.

Weekly, in-person sessions (90 minutes)

Each gathering includes:

  • A gentle grounding practice

  • A theme shaped by the cultural moment

  • Small-group rounds for connection and reflection

  • Space to rest, breathe, and be witnessed

  • Optional hang-out time afterward

Hosted virtually, for greater access.

Our Approach.

Slow. Grounded. Connected.

We honor the truth that your work doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
We invite your body into the conversation.
We build community instead of isolation.
We make space for rest in the middle of the week.
We trust collective wisdom more than individual burden.

This is not a place to perform strength.
This is a place to arrive as you are.

Who this is for.

Black healers in all forms.

This group is for you if you:

  • Support Black people’s well-being in your work or community

  • Feel isolated in white-centered or high-pressure environments

  • Want a place to reconnect with yourself
