Black in America is a space for Black folks to process the stress and uncertainty of the recent election and upcoming changes in leadership. It's a place to reflect on our experiences, find support, and focus on our strength and well-being.

"The Listening Room" Processing Group
April 14th-June 2nd
An 8-week therapy group focused on building healthy relationships through active listening, honest conversations, and practical skills. Open to singles and couples, this space is rooted in Black culture and designed for growth, connection, and clarity.
