The Link supports youth and families experiencing homelessness, young people who are survivors of sex trafficking, and youth who are involved in the juvenile justice system. They offer a continuum of innovative, youth-driven programs to meet youth’s basic needs while empowering them with the resources and relationships to pursue their goals and thrive.

Avenues programs not only provide safe shelter and housing options for youth, but holistic supports to meet a youth's mental, physical, and life-long goals. Their programs support youth in Minnesota who are 16-24 years old, and their children, who are experiencing homelessness.

Irth is the only “Yelp-like” review and rating app for Black and brown women and birthing people to find and leave reviews of maternity and pediatric physicians and birthing hospitals. Made by and for US.

The Black Collective Foundation MN believes Black-led change is genius.
