My name is Terrell (she/her) and my therapy background includes working with individuals of all ages. My therapeutic approach involves active listening, nonjudgmental safe spaces, validation, trauma-informed and cultural sensitive. I use an eclectic approach during my therapy practice, I strongly believe there is no one size fit all when applying therapeutic modalities or interventions. My passion to reflect the communities I serve has been the reward of my journey as a therapist!
