Clinical Trainee

I am a clinical trainee currently completing my practicum with a focus on holistic, somatic care that is culturally responsive and trauma-informed. My work centers Black wellness by recognizing the body as a vital site of healing, one that holds our histories, stress, and survival instincts long before we find the words to name them.

I believe healing begins in the body. Through somatic practices like breath work and grounding, I want to help clients reconnect with themselves in ways that are embodied, restorative, and liberating. My therapeutic approach is rooted in building trust, affirming each person’s lived experience, and creating space for healing that feels real, supportive, and deeply attuned.

I’m especially passionate about supporting Black clients in their mental health journeys. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and fully supported—and that includes having a space where your identity is understood, not questioned. As a therapist, I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up as your full self, free of judgment. I advocate for therapy that is culturally responsive, rooted in care, and attuned to your unique experiences. Supporting Black mental health isn’t just important—it’s vital to the well-being and thriving of our communities. Your healing matters, and I’m here to walk alongside you with presence, authenticity, and deep respect.
