YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I am a yoga teacher, wellness professional, rapper, and host of the TPT/PBS Midwest Emmy award-winning series, "Outside Chance." I serve as a consultant to YMCA of the North's Integrative Health and Wellness program, the University Of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing, and am currently developing a yoga and meditation study with the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation for communities impacted by health disparities.
