You can book monthly mental health check-in sessions with Marlee! These sessions will provide information and support to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, actions and bodily sensations, giving you the tools to be the best version of yourself.

Monthly massages help to reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy and improve immune system functioning! Massage Therapist and Energy Worker Lauryn, is passionate about helping her community learn the rest and care for their bodies.
Book Fitness.
Weekly virtual and in-person yoga, dance, and mindful fitness classes taught by local instructors. You’ll have the opportunity to recenter bodily attention and reenergize yourself through good movement at any level.
